Herman is the Owner of 3D Performance Training and holds his Masters Degree in Biomechanics from the University of Tennessee. As a former TEAM USA Sports Performance Director (Baseball), he also holds his RSCC-D* honor as one of the premier performance coaches in the country. He’s compiled almost 30 years coaching experience with clients ranging from a 5 year old Gymnast to a 90 year old Parkinson’s Patient. Herman played baseball at Clemson for 4 years where he earned the 2004 National Strength Athlete of the Year (NSCA). He played professional baseball in the Philadelphia Phillies Organization from 2006-2009. After completing his Professional athletic career he, joined the strength and conditioning staff at the University of Tennessee. During his time at the University of Tennessee he has produced All-Americans in Baseball and Tennis and helped the Volunteer football players prepare for the grueling S.E.C. schedule. He has trained athletes in Major League Baseball, National Football League, PGA Tour, Major League Soccer, Association of Volleyball Professionals, Olympic Track and Field participants, and Triathletes around the world. He specializes in overhead athletes and conditioning for specific sport needs.
