The Winter Training Program is monthly sessions for participants to meet once a week for 90 minutes for four times throughout the month. This program is a combination of both baseball and physical development, to prepare players for the upcoming spring and summer seasons. Particpants can choose to register for one, two, or more sessions.
Each class will begin with a dynamic warm-up and then each participant will rotate through the three different stations - Hitting station, Fielding station, and Carving (an arm care and throwing) station.
